The ROBA Tech principle is a revolutionary approach to automatic sanding machines. With its 360-degree rotation capability, ROBA Tech can reach all edges and corners of a workpiece. The reinforced disk unit is designed for light structuring and calibration work, using specialized disc tools for various tasks. For texturing, steel wire discs can be used, regardless of the wood's grain direction. Micron discs are ideal for sanding flat surfaces and creating a chaotic pattern, while conical discs are suitable for sanding part edges and V-shaped grooves. ROBA Tech's efficient sanding process requires a powerful vacuum system to securely hold even small parts. The MB design of the vacuum channels ensures optimal holding force with minimal vacuum fan power. PLC adjustable sanding options allow operators to customize the machine to their specific needs. For added flexibility, many customers choose a double brush unit when transitioning between solid wood and lacquer sanding tasks. This unit can also be configured as a cleaning station.
