To compensate for these drawbacks, these machines often operate at high rotation speeds, leading to hard touch, high temperatures, and wavy optics. ROBA Big stands out with its extra-large sanding brush diameter of 630mm, providing a large work surface of approximately 300mm. This innovative sanding machine features over 500 meters of abrasive, offering optimal sanding performance. By combining high cutting speeds with low rotation speeds, ROBA Big achieves effective sanding while maintaining a soft touch on the part surface. The increased contact area and gentle movement of the sanding segments ensure consistent sanding even in recess areas.
