The ROBA Profi Brush principle is based on a clockwise and counterclockwise sanding process, ensuring that protruding wood fibers are effectively removed, regardless of the grain direction of the material, including wood and MDF. The basic version of the ROBA Profi Brush features two sanding drums and a pressure roller system, providing a solid foundation for users seeking an optimal price/performance ratio. The modular structure allows for customization with additional systems like disc units, Cross Belt units, and cleaning units. For small workpieces, a vacuum transport system can be added. To enhance operator comfort, the aggregate positions can be motorically controlled. The ROBA Profi Brush is also available with a Cross Belt unit, making it suitable for finishing lines. The compact aggregate configuration allows for a narrow 370mm pressure roller distance, ensuring the safe transport of even complicated workpieces. An optional cleaning unit at the end of the machine includes a special brush, Ionization Bar, and blower system for a thorough cleaning process. By incorporating these advanced features and customizable options, the ROBA Profi Brush offers efficient sanding and high-quality finishes for various woodworking applications.
