The ROBA Profi Edge is an advanced solution for sanding profiled edges and panels, ideal for various applications such as cabinet door production, door production, window production, and stair production. Available in three working area sizes—1,100 mm, 2,400 mm, and 3,600 mm—the machine is well-suited for customers in joiner’s workshops and industrial plants. It features the MB double brush unit mounted on a mobile support that moves along the stationary workpiece, ensuring efficient sanding. Extra-large sanding tools, rotating frequency-controlled clockwise and counterclockwise, deliver superior results. The jump control prevents over-rounding of corners, while unit oscillation maximizes abrasive utilization. A pneumatic pressure bar secures the workpiece, which is particularly advantageous for large items, as it eliminates the need for manual repositioning.
