In order to provide small and medium-sized companies in trade and interior design with a cost-effective entry into CNC and 3D machining, and to showcase the unique design diversity of a 5-axis machine, the VISION can be equipped with a gimbal working head for the VISION Sprint. This customization allows for precise machining of mass timber, CLT, and beams. The VISION Sprint's performance profile makes it ideally suited for the specific demands of staircase and door production. Its positioning geometry features two swivel axes positioned below 45° relative to each other, with their central axes intersecting at the tool's working point. This design ensures that the operating point remains stable during swiveling, eliminating the need for compensating movements of the linear axes. Consequently, the working range of the machine is minimally restricted by the tool length, resulting in a compact and rigid design that ensures exemplary workpiece quality. The basic VISION CNC machine has demonstrated its reliability in the toughest applications, maintaining the high stability and precision synonymous with Reichenbacher Hamuel standards. We address both current and future market challenges with the expansion of this CNC machining center, including the VISION-you and -L machine types, which complement existing machine sizes. A key feature of these machines is their variable sizes and extensive equipment options. The VISION series offers customization with up to two independent Y-slides for single or parallel machining, and its robust design accommodates a wide variety of processing units. This includes the capability to use large 5-axis heads alongside other equipment, making it ideal for handling diverse applications such as mass timber, CLT, and beams.
