Operator loads cabinet doors in the Infeed Cradle 2. Operator sets variables via touch screen control interface o Speed of sanding orbit o Sanding Pressure o Type of sanding path o Number of sanding passes o Edge Breaking Pass (yes or no) o Edge Sanding Mode (requires pods and manual pod positioning 3. Operator starts machine cycle by pressing Cycle-Start button 4. Robot measures height, width of first cabinet door 5. Robot measures thickness variation from the top of the stile/rail to the center panel • If variation is greater than Center Panel Recessed threshold, then dot scan for center panel sanding 6. Robot picks cabinet door at center of gravity and places door on the vacuum table • The door thickness is measured during this process to determine outfeed cradle position 7. Robot switches to sanding mode and sands the door according to the variables 8. Robot unloads the cabinet door and places it in the outfeed cradle • Optional Media Changer $TBD o Automatic Media Changer to remove used media and pickup new media o Hook & Loop adherence o Preload with 25 sheets of new media • Safety Systems o Magnetically latching Emergency Stop system o Over/Under voltage monitoring system o Machine fault detection system stops motion and spindles o Compressed air pressure monitoring system o Digital Fencing via LASER Area Scanners and incorporating Warning and Violation areas Utilities and Connections • Power Requirements o Machine: 208-240VAC 3-phase, 20amp • Compressed Air Requirements o 90-100 PSI o 20CFM of constant air flow for sanding operations o 3/8” Female NPT connection port o Clean, dry air, filtered to 5 microns or less • Installation/Training o The Finisher is sold as a “self-install” product with video training on installation, operation and maintenance o Technical phone support is offered by the manufacturer at no cost for 1 year after shipment • Loading/Shipping/Shipping Insurance o FOB Eau Claire, WI o Machine will be shipped in a skidded wooden crate o Shipping must by be LTL and not generic common carrier o Unloading is the responsibility of the purchaser
