REVIEW & ASSESSMENT

REVIEW & ASSESMENT

Every company we work with has their own ideas as to what a successful shop looks like. We begin our process by sitting down to discuss business goals and come up with a long term roadmap that lays out where the company is headed and defines the big-picture plan on how to get there. Once we know where the company is headed, we'll identify processes that are nailing-it, find bottlenecks that are slowing processes down, and identify the first and easiest steps to take in your growth project.

DESIGN & MAPPING

DESIGN & MAPPING

After we understand the company's goals and long term plan, we can begin designing a layout that will optimize your shop's existing machines (saws, routers, sanders, finishing, etc.), and current production space into a big-picture plan. In order to make the transformation truly optimizing, it's important to have a comprehensive plan for next steps for the best results to move production forward and achieve results as soon as possible.

IMPLEMENTATION

IMPLEMENTATION

We're not consultants; we're active guides through the whole process.

An important part of helping companies achieve success is helping with the heavy lifting of locating or establishing necessary utilities, assisting in maneuvering existing equipment into the layout we designed, and sourcing any additional equipment necessary to their growth plan. Once a new layout is in place we assist in any setup or training that is needed with new equipment, and guide the permitting necessary to complete the set up.

INTEGRATION

INTEGRATION

With new equipment and processes in place and working, we will spend time on-site to make adjustments and ensure everything is fully optimized and fine-tuned for real world production goals. This also includes guiding businesses through any transitions that have been made to maximize efficiency and limit downtime. These specific, on-the-ground, incremental changes are what makes all the difference in the world.

MAINTAINING

MAINTAINING

It's not enough to build something that works for the initial commissioning. After a company has ran the new production line for a while, we always check in to ensure it's still working as efficiently as intended. If the new system requires, we'll come back into the facility and make any adjustments that are needed, and reassess business goals and determine the best timeline for next steps.

OUR GUARANTEE

We'll never just sell you a cookie-cutter plan and walk away. We're there every step of the way.
